By offering these custom products, we hope to extend the joy of their songs, concerts, and the special moments you've shared with friends and loved ones.
The Band truly appreciates every fan, and we work hard to provide high-quality products and the best service possible.
Please note that all items are custom made-to-order. Because each piece is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
We'll Make It Right
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong print due to an error on our part, we will happily replace or refund it at no cost to you.
To start a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We'll review each case carefully and work with our vendor to resolve it quickly — either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
Sizing Tips
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We strongly recommend checking it before ordering. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out before you purchase — we're happy to help.
Production & Shipping
All production times are estimates only and depend on our vendors' schedules. We appreciate your patience, as these items are made individually for you.
In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after ordering due to material or inventory issues. If that happens, we'll contact you right away and offer an alternative of equal or better value or a full refund.
What's Not Considered a Defect
Normal manufacturing variations are part of the custom process and do not qualify for return or refund. These include minor differences in:

Errors & Omissions
If you spot an error in a product image, price, or description before ordering, please email us. The first person to report a qualifying error will receive a 5% discount coupon (maximum 5% off).
