Through our partners, we custom-produce all of our items primarily in the US and Canada. We are also happy to share that with our partners, we participate in ethical, sustainable and responsible sourcing of raw or base materials from global teams and we recycle!
We are personally involved in selecting and verifying our fulfillment partners and their production quality. We purchase and inspect every sample to ensure that what you see is exactly what you get. When needed, we even produce items in-house. This is not a hands-off, digital-only operation — we’re actively here to make sure you have a great experience with our products.
Our main goal here at the shop is to offer the fans quality items at a fair value. We know most people think band merch is “pretty much the same stuff” no matter where you buy it. What we can tell you for a fact is: it’s not.
There is a lot of inconsistency in production quality, even when everyone uses the same “blank” materials. It matters a great deal who is handling the garment, how carefully they apply the materials, and whether they truly care about quality control. From the ink and stitching, to the ordering system and delivery — every single point in the chain shapes the total shopping experience. It’s easy not to think about all this… until something goes wrong. That’s when it really matters who you choose to do business with.
We believe we’ve found great partners who share our values around quality and customer service. We’re confident that this extra peace of mind is worth the slight premium in cost.
Our ultimate wish is to hear that you’re happy with your items, that you’re proud to wear them, and that when you do, you help spread the word about our favorite band.
Proceeds from sales first go toward a self-sustaining fund to cover costs, hosting fees, apps, and the various expenses needed to maintain the shop, website, and promotional efforts.
Although we are a tiny team, we’re backed by dozens of industry professionals who all work together to help us. We’re here to do our best, and we truly appreciate your kind understanding of our limitations.
