What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout.


Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders because all items are custom, made-to-order. Based on our agreements with our fulfillment partners, we are committed to the sale once you complete your purchase.

However, if you need a simple correction — such as an item color, size, or address typo — we will try to catch it if possible. Please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best, but we cannot make any guarantees.

California Residents

Orders shipping to California addresses include a California Pass-Through Fee to offset taxes charged by our California fulfillment partner. This is not sales tax collected or remitted by us.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes!

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

  • Simple T-Shirt Orders — typically ship within about 1 week.
  • Cut & Sew Orders — typically ship within about 2–3 weeks.
  • Specialty Items (prints, posters, home goods) — ship on a case-by-case basis.

When will I receive my order?

Transit times vary by season and carrier. From what we have been told, depending on your location, you can receive your order as early as 3 days within the US mainland, and up to 35 days for international destinations. It really depends on your location.


Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns unless we specifically request that you send an item back. Please do not ship any items back to our vendors without a Return Authorization — packages sent without one may get lost.

We can refund or replace defective or incorrect items per our Order Policy. In most cases, you will only need to send photos or videos and we can resolve it remotely.

Product Care

How do I care for my apparel?

  • Turn your item inside out — this helps protect the prints.
  • Wash cold on a low setting.
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not wring items; gently squeeze or drip dry.
  • Do not bleach. Use a mild detergent — chemicals can damage prints.
  • Do not iron. If you must, protect the item with a towel and do so at your own risk.

Important: Poly/Tech Fabric Care

Our Premium Poly/Tech Fabric styles change texture depending on how you wash and dry them — it is a matter of personal preference.

Hang dry only to preserve the smooth satin texture as it was when you received it.

Machine dry and it will gradually become soft and fuzzy with a peachy texture over time — which many people prefer. Prints may also take on a slightly blurred effect, which can look great.

Either way, it is entirely your choice.
