Typically ready to ship within 10–20 business days of order placement due to the hand-crafted nature of the process.
Once your item is ready, additional transit times apply.
You may have a choice of shipping options at checkout.
Some International/EU orders may route through our US facility and may be subject to customs processing times beyond our control.
Orders may arrive in separate shipments.
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
If you have not received tracking within the timeframes above, please contact us at shop@sagagen.com before filing a dispute — we will always make it right.
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance or selecting a tracked shipping method to protect your order.
Once your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, neither SAGA nor the vendor is responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages.
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon transfer to the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to provide any documentation needed to support your claim, but we cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages once they have left our facility.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages stolen after successful delivery confirmation.
Orders shipping to California addresses include a California Pass-Through Fee to offset taxes charged by our California fulfillment partner/s. This is not sales tax collected or remitted by us.
All rates are based on real carrier costs — no markups. As our hometown crowd, Canadian fans get special thresholds to help offset cross-border costs without affecting our ability to keep making music and merch. Taxes (GST/HST/PST) are collected where required by law.
Canadian Customers — Customs & Duties: Orders shipped to Canada are fulfilled from the US. For orders Under 4 lbs, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties and taxes are prepaid, so there are no surprise fees at your door.
For orders Over 4 lbs, shipments go via UPS DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — duties and taxes are not prepaid and may be charged upon delivery by the carrier or CBSA.
In practice, duties on apparel are minimal. As a rough guide, a CAD $100 order may incur approximately CAD $5–10 in duties upon delivery, if assessed at all. Many orders fall below the threshold or qualify for reduced rates.
EU customers pay VAT on international purchases — the same tax you already pay on any purchase in your country. This is not an extra SAGA charge; it's your country's standard consumption tax. We use the EU's Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system, so for eligible orders under €150 EUR, VAT is collected at checkout — no surprise charges on delivery.
For orders under €150 EUR, goods are currently exempt from customs duties (shipping excluded). For orders over €150 EUR, import VAT and any applicable duties are collected by the carrier upon delivery — standard EU import rules that apply to all international purchases, not specific to SAGA.
From July 1, 2026, the EU will introduce a small flat customs fee of approximately €3 per item on *all imports, regardless of order value — the current €150 duty exemption will be removed entirely

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order shipping to a sanctioned, blocked, or high-risk country or territory, including countries subject to U.S. government trade restrictions or active international shipping suspensions. Affected customers will be notified and refunded in full.
